Türkiye's BIST 100 index down 1.81% at close
Benchmark index gains 238 points at close

Türkiye's benchmark stock index ended Tuesday at 12,930.16 points, decreasing 1.81%.
Starting the day at 13,104.59 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index lost 238 points from Monday's close.
The lowest value was 12,908.86, while the daily high was 13,136.62.
The market value of BIST 100 was around 12.6 trillion Turkish liras ($284.8 billion), with a trading volume of 140 billion Turkish liras ($3.17 billion).
Some 16 stocks on the index rose and 80 dropped, compared to the previous close.
Gold was $4,418.20 per ounce, while Brent crude futures were traded for $99.90 per barrel as of 7.30 pm local time (1630GMT).
The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was 44.3470, and the euro/Turkish lira exchange rate was 51.4530, while the British pound traded for 59.4190 Turkish liras.
