ANKARA
Turkey´s Treasury on Monday said it will issue lira-denominated lease certificates through the direct sale method on Wednesday to diversify its borrowing instruments, broaden the investor base and increase domestic savings.
The participants will have to submit their bids on Tuesday by 4:00 p.m. (local time), the treasury said in a statement late Monday.
