Greece will receive the next tranche of bailout aid from its European creditors, EU Economics Commissioner Pierre Moscovici said Thursday.
Speaking on Europe 1 radio, Moscovici said: “Greece has completed a certain number of reforms and we are going to give them money, 3 billion euros [$3.4 billion].”
In November, the Eurogroup and Greece’s institutional creditors - the International Monetary Fund, the European Central Bank and the EU - would examine the issue of recapitalizing Greek banks, he added.
Moscovici declared the bailout program on track and on schedule.
