Eurozone annual inflation down to 9.2% in December 2022
Energy remains largest contributor to inflation rate in December

ISTANBUL
The annual inflation in the euro area eased to 9.2% in December 2022, from 10.2% in November, the EU statistics agency said on Friday.
With a 25.7% increase, energy remains the largest contributor to the inflation rate in the eurozone, followed by food, alcohol and tobacco with an increase of 13.8%, non-energy industrial goods with 6.4%, and services with 4.4%.
