Sleep Party People to perform in Istanbul
Danish dream-pop band Sleep Party People will perform at Istanbul’s IKSV music hall tomorrow, March 18.
Formed in 2008 by multi-instrumentalist Brain Batz, with inspiration from the works of David Lynch, band members wear rabbit masks during their performances.
Although Sleep Party People is a band, Batz is the only actual member. As Batz explained in an interview, “It is a bunch of good friends that’s playing with me. So, it’s not a band, it’s just me and my bunnies, in a way.”

The second is Murat Akagunduz’s Vertigo, which “features a new series of white-on-white oil paintings where the artist depicts some of the world’s highest mountain peaks as seen on Google Earth,” according to Arter’s website.
