Anadolu hosts delegation from Libya National Government Communication Directorate

ISTANBUL

Türkiye-based global news agency Anadolu on Friday hosted a delegation from Libya National Government Communication Directorate.

Director of Government Communications Center Mohamed Jumaali Abuhelga and the Head of International Cooperation Coordinator for the Minister of State Labid Ali Abdulsalam Elgrad met with Anadolu’s Editor-in-Chief Yusuf Ozhan and Global News Director Faruk Tokat in Istanbul.

The meeting focussed on ways to develop cooperation between Anadolu and Libya’s state news agency, Libyan News Agency, as well as fight against misinformation and disinformation.

Ozhan mentioned some of the training programs organized by Anadolu, including drone journalism, and scuba diver journalism, and war journalism.

Ozhan presented Evidence, Anadolu’s publication exposing Israel’s Gaza massacre with compelling visuals, to Abu Helga and Abdulsalam following their meeting.
