MOSCOW 

Head of Ukraine's presidential office Kyrylo Budanov said on Thursday that he expects another exchange of war prisoners with Russia on Easter.

"I hope that a large prisoner exchange with Russia will take place at Easter," he said in a video message on Telegram.

He added: "Negotiations are ongoing, and new exchanges will take place. I very much hope that at Easter we will all witness a major exchange. And we will do everything necessary for that."

In a separate statement, Budanov said World War III has already begun. "World War III has been going on for a long time, and it began in Ukraine."

He added that it is impossible to predict its outcome.
