Turkish Minister for European Union (EU) Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis on Sunday said that Turkey's expectations from the EU were very clear.
Speaking to the AA, Egemen Bagis said that Turkey wanted visa exemption for its citizens and not easier visas.
Touching on a meeting of EU interior ministers to be held on April 26 in Luxembourg, Bagis stressed that they expected a decision at the Luxembourg meeting for the EU to begin negotiations for visa exemption regarding Turkish citizens.
It is a natural right of all citizens of the Republic of Turkey to travel to European countries without visas, Bagis added.
