GAZIANTEP (AA) - Foreign Minister of Holland Frans Timmermans visited the tent city, where 11.000 Syrians are living, and said that Turkey opened its doors to the people who had no where to go.
Timmermans also visited the hospital and kindergarten in the camp and stressed that Turkey provided free health service and even education for Syrian children.
Timmermans stressed that international community should dramatically increase its back up, adding, "because the number of Syrians (in Turkey) will be up in the coming days. For this reason, financial support should be provided by all international community."
Timmermans also emphasized that he committed more financial support on behalf of the government of Holland, saying, "Because Syrians do not only deserve a better future but also the current standards for them should be better at least, until they will be back in their country."
