SARAJEVO (AA) - January 26, 2013 - A Slovenian diplomat and the European Parliament's rapporteur for Balkans, Jelko Kacin on Saturday said that "if we have lifted visa requirement for western Balkan countries, except Kosovo, we have to admit that we are still approaching Turkey with two faces and without professionalism."
Speaking to the Anadolu Agency (AA), Jelko Kacin underlined that they provided greatest support to Turkish citizens in taking under guarantee basic human rights and freedoms.
At a time of financial and economic crisis, we have to accept the fact that we can learn from Turkey how it protected itself from the economic crisis, Kacin stressed.
On the Patriot defense systems, Kacin noted that the systems were an indication of NATO's efficient support to Turkey.
