Turkey's deputy prime minister said on Friday that Turkey believed that a change in Syria was just a matter of time.
Ali Babacan said that Bashar al-Assad regime was no more legitimate in Syria, and a change in the country was just a matter of time.
"I believe that domestic dynamics in Syria will make a change in case massacre ends," Babacan said during a meeting at the U.S. think-tank Atlantic Council in Washington.
