DAMASCUS
A total of 46 people were killed in several cities of Syria on Saturday in operations staged by forces loyal to the Syrian regime.
Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR), a London-based group that tracks civilian and dissident casualties, said that Assad forces killed 46 and that among the dead were 11 children and 3 women.
Meanwhile, Local Coordination Committees of Syria (LCC) said the troops of Free Syrian Army helped 50 soldiers to depart from Deir al-Zor airport.
LCC also said that clashes continued between the Assad regime and the Free Syrian Army around the airport.
