Joint UN & Arab League's Special Envoy on Syria Lakhdar Brahimi came together with Moaz Al-Khatib, head of Syrian National Coalition for Opposition & Revolutionary Forces (SMDK), to discuss the crisis in Syria.
UN sources told AA that a delegation of SMDK under the leadership of Moaz Al-Khatib met with Lakhdar Brahimi and searched a political solution for the crisis in Syria.
They discussed implementing the Arab League's decision on Syria, which was taken at the summit in Doha, as well as giving SMDK a chair at the United Nations and Organization of the Islamic Cooperation and giving SMDK the representation of Syria in the Arab League.
