ANKARA (AA) - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan Wednesday held a phone conversation with his Somali counterpart Abdi Farah Shirdon.
Shirdon called Erdogan to express his sorrow over the attack at Turkish embassy in Somali capital Mogadishu on July 27, and condoled him for the police soldiers who lost their lives, as well as wishing soon recovery for the wounded.
The two leaders emphasized the attack would not make a negative effect on bilateral relations.
Erdogan assured Shirdon of contuining relief activities in Somalia, and standing by Somali people.
