Russian Ministry of Transport says tanker Anatoly Kolodkin carries humanitarian cargo of 100,000 tons of crude oil
MOSCOW
The Russian tanker Anatoly Kolodkin, carrying a humanitarian cargo of 100,000 tons of crude oil, has arrived in Cuba, the Russian Ministry of Transport said Monday.
"The Russian tanker 'Anatoly Kolodkin' with a humanitarian cargo of 100,000 tons of crude oil has arrived in Cuba. Currently, the vessel is awaiting unloading at the port of Manzas," the ministry said in a statement.
Earlier Monday, American media reported that the US Coast Guard did not intercept the Russian tanker despite the blockade imposed by President Donald Trump, who himself stated he sees no problem with the supply of Russian oil to Cuba.
