Panariti said that "crime regime" in Syria should be stopped before it was too late, at a joint conference held after an international conference in Istanbul on the occasion of centennial anniversary of the the Balkan Wars.
Montenegrin FM Nebosja Kaludjerovic said in the same event that cooperation and dynamism provide opportunities to solve regional challenges. He stated the importance of focusing on the common benefits in the region.
He added that Turkey was not only an important partner but also an important friend for Montenegro.
