IAEA to inspect Iran's Arak nuclear facility

The next nuclear talks between Iran and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will be held in Vienna on December 11, said Iran’s IAEA Ambassador Reza Najafi on Monday. 

Vice President and Head of Iran Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali Akbar Salehi came together today with IAEA's head Yukiya Amano, who arrived today in Tehran to review improvements on Iran’s nuclear energy program. 

Najafi, who took lead the Iranian delegation in technical talks, stated that the heavy-water reactor in Arak province would be technically inspected by IAEA. 

"The parties will be come together in Wien on December 11 again, and will continue the technical talks," Najafi said after inking a joint declaration between Iran and IAEA.

Salehi announced earlier today that Tehran and IAEA had reached an agreement on the inspection of Arakˈs heavy-water reactor and Gachin mine.
