MOGADISHU, Somalia
At least four people were injured Monday in an explosion at a provincial airport in Somalia, a security source said.
The blast at Beledweyne Airport happened on a passenger bus at the entrance to the airport, the source said on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on speaking to the media.
A second source said the explosion came from a suitcase on board the bus.
No group claimed immediate responsibility for the blast but last month al-Shabaab said it was responsible for a bomb attack that blew a hole in the fuselage of a passenger plane shortly after takeoff in capital Mogadishu.
Djibouti and local security forces at the airfield 325 kilometers (200 miles) north of Mogadishu cordoned off the area.
