Egypt's second largest party Al-Nour has stated that they should benefit from Turkey's experiences in shaping up Egypt's foreign policy strategy for the next 10 years.
Nadir Beqqar, spokesperson for Al-Nour Party, said on Wednesday that Turkey achieved a phenomenal success for the last 10 years with the deep strategic vision of Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.
Noting that Egypt should follow Turkey's footsteps for its foreign policy, Beqqar said that his country may take advantages of Turkey's experiences for establishing their relations with neighboring countries and European Union.
"Cultural and environmental conditions should be taken into consideration in terms of using Turkey as a model. We can take Turkey as an example over their relations with their neighbors, Israel and EU," said Beqqar.
Beqqar underlined that he was talking about Justice and Development (AK) Party's experience while he mentioned Turkey's experience.
Al-Nour is a Salafist party that was legalised in June 2011 by the Political Parties' Committee and headed by Emad Abdul Ghafour.
