Bosniak member of the the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bakir Izetbegovic, on Wednesday held a video conference meeting with Anadolu Agency editors.
Izetbegovic responded to questions by AA editors in Ankara, the Turkish capital, via video conference from AA's Sarajevo headquarters in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"The Anadolu Agency had done what needs to be done in the Balkans. The AA makes our voice heard in the world through its fast, accurate and impartial broadcasting. The AA has set a new set of standards in news media in the Balkans," Izetbegovic said.
Also speaking at the meeting, AA Board Chairman and Director General Kemal Ozturk said he launched broadcast in Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian languages together with Izetbegovic in a ceremony on March 11.
Izetbegovic has recently handed over the top post in his country to the Serbian member of Bosnia-Herzegovina's Presidential Council, Nebojsa Radmanovic.
Turkey's Ambassador to Bosnia&Herzegovina Ahmet Yildiz from Sarajevo, and Bosnia&Herzegovina's Ambassador to Turkey Damir Dzanko from Ankara also participated in the video conference.
