The safety in Egyptian demonstrations, continuing for more than a month in Cairo's Rabaa al-Adawiya Square, are provided by special teams via extremely interesting methods.

The teams whose shields are overwritten as "Prospective Martyr" said that no serious disturbing events suchlike theft or row happened in the square.

Security forces with motorcycle and bicycle helmets and protective clothing like cricket dress keep a sharp lookout in the square with million of demonstrators.

The square, in which security is ensured, has total of 10 entries including 4 main roads, 3 side roads and 3 alley.

Entries in the main streets have 3 separate control points which are built from sandbags and bricks. The first team of the security forces has mission to check IDs in front of the barricade.

The one without ID is not let in. After the ID control, the second team steps in for body search.

"Prospective Martyr"

There are another two interesting security teams near the body search barricade. One of the teams is "Unity of Defense" who has motorcycle and bicycle helmets and protective clothing.

The unity, having the mission of defending the barricade, waits in the wings for defense in case of any attack targeting control point.

In case of the possibility of violent attack, for example  the use of weapon, the rearmost unity stands by.

Despite the possibility of violent attack, for example, the use of firearms in cases who carried out the attack on the rear of the last outstanding task falls to unity. This team is called "Prospective Martyr".

These security measures were taken after the attack killing 200 pro-democracy demonstrators on July 27.

They prevent crimes 

The teams whose shields are overwritten as "Prospective Martyr" said that no serious disturbing events suchlike theft or row happened in the square owing to the security forces.

Suspects or armed people are nabbed in the check points and turned over to the police.

The majority of the "Adawiya Security Forces" are the young of Freedom and Justice Party.

They are banned to carry "weapon" apart from stones and sticks.
