LAGOS (AA) - An aircraft belonging to Associated Airlines crashed on Thursday at the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Ikeja, Lagos, killing all 18 on board.
A Nigerian Air Force official at the airport confirmed to Anadolu Agency that all 18 people on broad the 20-seater plane had perished in the accident.
The plane had been heading to the southwestern Ondo State when it crashed.
As of the filling of this report, emergency workers were still working to extinguish the fire caused by the crash.
