Turkish president conveys condolences to Saudi crown prince

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan conveyed his condolences to Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for attacks targeting the kingdom during a call, Türkiye’s Communications Directorate said Saturday.
Erdogan and bin Salman discussed the conflict in the region and developments, the Directorate said in a statement on Turkish social media platform NSosyal.
"President Erdogan stated that he has been holding talks to ensure that diplomacy is given a chance despite everything, that problems are resolved through dialogue, and that negotiations return," it said.
"President Erdogan conveyed his condolences to Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman over the attacks targeting Saudi Arabia," it added.
