5.2 magnitude earthquake strikes eastern Türkiye
There have been no immediate reports of damage or casualties
ISTANBUL
A 5.2 magnitude earthquake struck Türkiye’s eastern Van province at 8.52 am (0552GMT) on Saturday, Türkiye’s Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said.
The tremor's epicenter was in Van's Tusba district at a depth of 7 kilometers (4.35 miles), AFAD said.
Van Governor Ozan Balci told Anadolu that there have been no reports of casualties, adding that authorities are conducting their search operations.
