ANTALYA (AA) - Vienna Johann Strauss Orchestra gave a concert in Side district of the Turkish southern coastal city of Antalya.
Organized by Barut Hotels, Austrian Cultural Office, Austrian Honorary Consulate in Antalya and Side Disctrict Municipality, the concert was held on a stage set up near the historical Apollon Temple in Side.
In the concert, Vienna Johann Strauss Orchestra led by Alfred Pfleger performed pieces by Strauss and Lanner along with Schubert, Haydn and Mozart.
Along with numerous foreign and local tourists, Manavgat District Governor Emir Osman Bulgurlu, Side Mayor Abdulkadir Ucar, Head of the Union of Manavgat Side Touristic Hotels (MASTOB) Cengiz Haydar Barut and the Austrian Honorary Consul in Antalya Ahmet Barut watched the concert.
