WASHINGTON
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will visit Istanbul in order to co-chair the Global Counterterrorism Forum in Turkey on June 7.
Victoria Nuland, the spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State stressed in a written statement that Clinton would be on tour between May 31 and June 7, visiting seven countries including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkey.
Clinton will be visiting Turkey at the end of her tour and attend the Global Counterterrorism Forum on June 7. She will discuss several international issues including Iran and Syria with the Turkish officials.
