President of the UNESCO Turkey National Commission Professor Dr Ocal Oguz has said on Thursday, "Humanity, society and the international community have to put more efforts forth to stop the tragedy in Syria."
Delegation of the UNESCO Turkey National Commission visited the camps where Syrians sheltered in Turkey's southeastern province Gaziantep and held an assessment meeting.
The Commission said, the aim of their visit was to draw attention to the lives of people who stay in camps, have a point of view and transfer their observations to the international community.
The delegation stressed the importance of education life in the camps and the everyday lives of children who take shelter in camps.
