ANKARA
Turkish Parliamentary Human Rights Watch Committee accepted a report prepared by a sub-committee on the Uludere incident.
The sub-committee report said that an air operation by Turkish Armed Forces on December 28, 2011 which led to the killing of 34 Turkish citizens at the Turkish-Iraqi border was "not an intentional act".
