Turkish, Somali foreign ministers discuss bilateral ties

ANKARA

Turkey's foreign minister and his Somali counterpart discussed bilateral relations in a phone call on Thursday.

Mevlut Cavusoglu and Mohamed Abdirizak Mohamud discussed the bilateral relations as well the latest developments in Somalia, according to officials from the Turkish Foreign Ministry.

Earlier on Thursday, Cavusoglu congratulated Rosine Sori-Coulibaly on her new post as the foreign minister of Burkina Faso over the phone.
