ANKARA
Turkish President Abdullah Gul had an ear operation last weekend and stayed in hospital overnight.
Turkish Presidency Press Center released a statement in regards to the health condition of Gul on Tuesday.
"Mr. President had an ear operation last weekend and stayed in hospital overnight. His state of health is well and resumes his work in Istanbul's Tarabya Palace," the statement said.
