ANKARA
Turkey's Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will travel to Tunisia on Tuesday to discuss regional developments and cooperation.
A written statement by Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Monday that Turkey supports Tunisia’s democratization process and new constitution.
Last week, the Tunisian Parliament held official celebrations after adopting the new charter, which was ratified by the National Constituent Assembly in late January.
Tunisia’s 2011 uprising, which toppled autocratic president Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali, triggered a wave of popular uprisings across the Arab world.
