Turkish Airlines is offering €99 round trip tickets on sale until October 31 from Istanbul to cities in the Ukraine, Balkans and Caucasus.
The destinations include; Kiev, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Lviv, Bucharest, Constanza, Podgorica, Sarajevo, Sofia, Varna, Tirana, Belgrade, Zagreb, Skopje, Pristina, Kishinev, Ljubljana, Tbilisi, Batumi, Nakhchivan and Ganja.
The offer is open for travel between November 1, 2014 and February 13, 2015.
