ANKARA (AA) - Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) provided ambulance support for handicapped rehabilitation forum in Pakistan's Kashmir region.

250 people's cords were disabled, leading to stroke during the earthquake in Pakistan's Bagh city in 2005, besides loss of lives and damage of places of residents, where they needed ambulances for hospital services, according to the written statement of TIKA.

The land type ambulances were also convenient for emergency cases and ridgeways, in addition to routine patient transportation, which will help for rapid transfer of patients to health centers.
