ANKARA
Turkish Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagis on Tuesday said that Turkey's historic fabric, traditions and culture were fit for a presidential system.
Answering questions of opposition deputies on his ministry's 2013 budget at the Turkish Parliamentary Planning and Budget Committee, Egemen Bagis said that their budget went up 13 percent to 52 million Turkish liras (TL) from 46 million TL.
