Director of the US Agency of International Development USAID, Rajiv Shah, visited Syrian refugees in Kilis, southeastern province of Turkey, on Tuesday.
Shah, along with US Ambassador to Turkey Francis Ricciardone, visited the container city where refugees stay.
He said, "(US President Barack) Obama sent us here on mission. We came to observe the aid provided by the Turkish government and deliver the aid they brought".
Saying that Turkey's support to Syrian refugees was perfect, Shah added, "Turkey saves lives everyday".
