Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said that Turkey needed a new constitution, a new democratic framework and political restoration for the sustainability of its success.
Speaking at the Lennart Meri Conference in Tallinn, Davutoglu stressed that his government was pursuing an assertive foreign policy.
