Turkey has reviewed its anti-terror measures amid ongoing military operations against PKK, the Prime Ministry said on Thursday.
A high-level security meeting chaired by Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu was held in Ankara.
In a press release after the meeting, the Prime Ministry said it had reviewed measures regarding health, education, infrastructure and transportation in areas where anti-PKK operations have been ongoing.
In July, a fragile peace process between PKK and the Turkish state broke down in the wake of the Suruc bombing, which claimed more than 30 lives.
Turkey then began conducting land-and-air operations against PKK in Turkey and northern Iraq.
The security forces imposed curfews on certain urban centers in Turkey’s southeast.
In the statement, the Prime Ministry said it was determined to fight against terror to ensure people’s welfare and safety.
During the security meeting, the participants also evaluated developments in Syria and Iraq, the statement added.
