ANKARA
Turkey strongly condemned the murder of a Turkish Airlines security chief in Somalia's capital, Mogadishu.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs termed the attack as "vicious."
Sadettin Dogan, the security chief of a company which provides security service to Turkish Airlines, was shot dead on Tuesday in an attack by unidentified gunmen.
The ministry called for the Somalian officials to investigate the attack and punish the perpetrators as soon as possible.
On April 10, two other Turkish nationals were injured during an attack on the Turkish Embassy in Mogadishu.
