Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesman Selcuk Unal said on Monday that Turkey was closely following the reforms for strengthening democracy and restoring the supremacy of law as well as steps taken on human rights and national consensus in Myanmar.
Turkey will continue to support efforts considering the rights of ethnical and religious minorities as well as preserving the pluralist structure of the society and strengthening the national consensus based on democracy in that country.
