Reminding that Turkey was the first country to recognize Belarus' independence, Cicek said, "Turkey-Belarus relations are constructive and friendly."
Cicek, stating that he would visit Belarus in December, said Turkey and Belarus would sign a protocol on the principles of cooperation between the parliaments of the two countries.
