A soldier who became insane killed three soldiers with his infantry rifle late Thursday in Turkey's eastern province of Agri, according to a statement by the Agri governorship.
According to the statement from Agri governorship, three soldiers were killed in Agri's Dogubeyazit town.
An investigation is under way, the statement said.
