MARRAKECH
Speaking to a group of Turkish reporters in Marrakech at the end of a meeting of Friends of Syria, Ahmet Davutoglu said that a timetable had to be set up for Syria.
It is a necessity to assume an attitude with sanctions if the timetable in Syria does not reach success, Davutoglu noted.
The UN Security Council must make a decision on the matter, Davutoglu said.
Joint UN and Arab League special envoy on Syria, Lakhdar Brahimi's initiative is a last chance, Davutoglu stated.
"Everyone now has an opportunity to assess the massacres of the Syrian regime in a more realistic way. This includes Russia," Davutoglu also said.
