Summer time practice in Turkey to end on October 28

ANKARA (AA) - October 3, 2012 - Summer time practice or daylight saving time in Turkey will end on Sunday, October 28.

Clocks in Turkey will go back by one hour at 04.00 a.m.
Turkish summer time starts each year on the last Sunday in March and ends on the last Sunday in October.
An estimated 700-800 million kWh of electricity is saved during summer time practice each year in Turkey.
