A study conducted by a research center at a Turkish university has exposed the real face of the PKK terrorist organization in Turkey and in the international arena.

The study -- titled PKK terrorist organization -- was conducted by Anadolu University Strategic Research Center (ANASAM) in the central Eskisehir province. The study was published in a form of booklet in Turkish, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Italian, German, French and English languages.

The study aims to remind the world of the massacres by the PKK, the most dangerous and bloody terrorist organization in the Middle East and Europe, especially in Turkey.

The study explains the terrorist activities carried out by the group, its organizational structure and financial and human resources.

Disintegrations within the terrorist organization and rallies organized by civil initiatives against PKK are also included in the study which was also published online.

“We want to show the real face of the terrorist organization to Turkish people, relevant institutions and many countries,” Safak Ertan Comakli, rector of Anadolu University told Anadolu Agency.

“We want to remind people of the bloody face of the terrorist organization that tried to make itself look like a victim especially after [Turkey’s anti-terror] Operation Peace Spring,” Comakli said.

“This organization that kills babies should not be forgotten,” he stressed.

On Oct. 9, Turkey launched Operation Peace Spring to eliminate the terrorist YPG/PKK from northern Syria east of the Euphrates River in order to secure Turkey’s borders, aid in the safe return of Syrian refugees and ensure Syria’s territorial integrity.

Ankara reached two separate deals with Washington and Moscow last month, according to which it agreed to pause its operation to allow YPG/PKK terrorists to withdraw from the planned safe zone, where Turkey wants to repatriate millions of Syrian refugees it is currently hosting.

In its more than 30-year terror campaign against Turkey, the PKK -- listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S. and European Union -- has been responsible for the deaths of over 40,000 people, including women, children and infants. The YPG is the Syrian offshoot of the PKK.
