Aid organizations have said that humanitarian aid to Somalia dropped by 70 percent.
Speaking to AA correspondent in Somali capital of Mogadishu, Mukhtar Sheikh Hussain, head of an aid organization, said that Somalia still was grappling with famine.
Aids to the country have dropped remarkably, he said.
