A senior police officer was found dead in his car in Turkey's Mediterranean resort city of Antalya, security sources said on Thursday.
Ali Karaaslan, the deputy police chief in Antalya, was found dead in the car after the people informed the police about his stillstand inside the car on a viewing platform in the Kepez district.
It is thought that Karaaslan allegedly committed suicide with his service pistol inside the car.
This is a developing story.
