Speaking to the Anadolu Agency (AA), Mrs. Nevra Serezli said that Metin Serezli lost his life at around 7 a.m. on Sunday.
Serezli was receiving treatment for cancer for the past 2.5 years.
Metin Serezli will be laid to rest in Istanbul on Tuesday.
Serezli was 79 years old. He was married with one child.
