ISTANBUL
A bomb alert at an Istanbul courthouse on Thursday has ended.
Acting on a tip, Istanbul police searched for a purported car bomb around the huge Anadolu Courthouse complex in Kartal, on the city’s Asian side.
Bomb-detection dogs were deployed but no evidence of a device was found.
The courthouse’s parking garage, which had been sealed off, has been re-opened.
