According to a statement released from the governor's office of Siirt, one of the wounded troops was in a critical condition.
A group of PKK terrorists attacked Bilgili outpost during fast-breaking dinner, killing one soldier and wounding 13 others, it said.
Wounded soldiers were taken to Siirt Soldiers Hospital by helicopters.
Security operations are under way in the region.
