CAIRO
Sheikh Ahmed Moaz al-Khatib, the president of the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces, has said that establishing a transitional government was their priority.
Khatib told AA correspondent that they were working for establishing a transitional government either in Syria or outside, and they would be loyal to their interests.
He said, on the sidelines of humanitarian aid, they were focusing on four main axis; establishing a transitional government, forming a military council which would bond the opposition, building up a ruling office and forming an executive committee.
Khatib assured that he would work hard to change the situation and take concrete steps in Syria, and added that "otherwise he would resign in a couple of months".
Reminding that 3 million people lost their houses, Khatib underlined the importance of humanitarian aid.
